I work best when things are complex — but people want clarity.

Most of my experience is with enterprise SaaS and expert platforms, where I helped product, design, and engineering teams get aligned and move forward with focus. I care a lot about real collaboration, shared understanding, and calm delivery. That means fewer fires, more structure, and making progress without the noise.

In B2B and B2C setups, I’ve worked closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to turn broad ideas into priorities and deliverables. I like structuring roadmaps that actually reflect what matters — to the business, and to the team doing the work.

I believe product work isn’t just about features. It’s about asking good questions, listening carefully, and creating space for people to do great work — without micromanagement or pressure for artificial velocity.

While I haven’t worked directly on AI-native products yet, I’ve been following the space with real interest and learning more every week. I’m excited about AI’s potential and open to stepping into that world, especially if it aligns with thoughtful product practices.

I’m always honest about what I bring. I’ve shaped discovery, improved delivery, and helped teams move from confusion to clarity. I don’t promise magic fixes — just steady, calm progress, grounded in communication and good structure.

Currently, I’m working remotely with teams across time zones. I’m comfortable with async processes and value written communication. I’ve also worked in environments with tight feedback loops, where decisions need to be made quickly but still with care.
