From messy ideas to clear, buildable product work.
I bring structure to product chaos —
from SaaS MVPs and roadmaps to
backlogs, requirements,
and delivery-ready work.
Hi, I’m Kate Vyacheclavova — a SaaS Product Manager / Product Owner and Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience helping product teams turn unclear ideas, messy requirements, and chaotic backlogs into clear product direction and shippable releases.
I work best with early-stage SaaS teams, founder-led products, and growing B2B/B2C platforms that need clearer MVP scope, better requirements, stronger backlog structure, and practical delivery momentum. I’m a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
My background combines Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Scrum, and cross-functional delivery. I’m comfortable connecting business goals, user needs, design logic, and technical constraints — without adding process for the sake of process.
On Upwork, I’m Top Rated Plus with 100% Job Success and 9,400+ hours delivered.
I can help with:
- Product discovery and MVP definition
- Product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Roadmaps, prioritization, and release planning
- Jira / Confluence backlog setup, cleanup, and grooming
- User flows, workflow analysis, screen logic, and edge cases
- QA/UAT readiness: testable scenarios, validation rules, and pre-release checks
- Agile delivery support: sprint planning, refinement, stakeholder alignment, and team coordination
My style is simple: clear thinking, honest communication, and steady progress. I won’t just manage tasks — I help teams make better product decisions and turn them into work that can actually be built.

who am i?
SaaS Product Manager · Product Owner · Business Analyst

I’m a product-minded professional who believes that clarity, empathy, and structure are the foundations of strong product teams.
I enjoy shaping early-stage SaaS ideas, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams turn uncertainty into buildable product work.
My journey started in engineering and evolved through project management, business analysis, and product ownership. Over the years, I’ve worked across B2B and B2C SaaS products, supporting remote teams through discovery, delivery, ambiguity, and growth.
What drives me is helping teams do their best work. I thrive on creating environments where product decisions are clear, collaboration is strong, and the roadmap turns into real value.
I’m hands-on with discovery, delivery, and backlog ownership — and equally comfortable mentoring product teams or aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
Great products are built by empowered teams. My job is to create the space where they can succeed.

Discipline in the Gym, Focus at Work
Outside of product work, I’m a dedicated powerlifter. My personal best is a 137.5 kg deadlift in a sumo stance.
Powerlifting taught me many of the same principles I bring to product work:
• discipline
• long-term consistency
• respect for systems
• steady, measurable progress
I believe strong product work is built the same way: through technique, patience, feedback, and consistency.
