EKATERINA VYACHECLAVOVA — AGILE · PRODUCT · OWNER

As Kate says: You are not a manager for anybody. You are an agile enabler

Fitness in body, agility in strategy.

Hi, I’m Kate Vyacheclavova — a Remote Agile Product Owner with 7+ years of experience in SaaS product management.

I bring expertise in::

  • Turning unclear ideas into focused, user-centered products
  • Aligning business goals with user needs and development constraints
  • Leading distributed teams across US & UK time zones
  • Delivering results through Agile, Scrum, and cross-functional collaboration

I’m a Certified Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

My style is simple: clear thinking, honest communication, and steady progress.

Open to contract and full-time remote opportunities. Let’s connect.

Product Owner · Agile Leader · SaaS Specialist

Prhoto of Ekaterina Vyacheclavova - Remote Agile Product Owner. Empowering teams to deliver real outcomes

I’m an Agile-minded Product Owner who believes that clarity, empathy, and structure are the foundations of great product teams.

I enjoy shaping early-stage ideas, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams build with purpose.

My journey started in engineering and evolved through project management into product ownership. Over the years, I’ve worked across B2B and B2C SaaS, leading remote-first teams through complex challenges, ambiguity, and scaling phases.

What drives me is helping teams do their best work. I thrive on creating environments where product decisions are clear, collaboration is strong, and the roadmap turns into real value.

I’m hands-on with discovery, delivery, and backlog ownership — and equally comfortable mentoring product teams or aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

Great products are built by empowered teams. My job is to create the space where they can succeed.

Discipline in the Gym, Focus at Work

Outside of product work, I’m a dedicated powerlifter.
My personal best? A 137.5 kg deadlift in sumo stance.

But more than numbers, powerlifting taught me what product delivery also demands:

  • Discipline
  • Long-term consistency
  • Respect for systems
  • And steady, measurable progress

I believe the principles of powerlifting apply to product development: technique, perseverance, and consistency.
