Product Management / Agile Leader
Product Management / Agile Leader
Every chapter of my career is a story of reinvention, where I continually adapted, learned, and transformed.
This ongoing transformation has shaped me into the product leader I am today.
Chapter One begins with my technical roots.
As a Technical Design Engineer, my primary drive was to create lasting structures, from small simple things like windows and doors to complex aluminum glass facades for prominent buildings like the Minsk Arena.
This role honed my technical skills and team collaboration abilities.
My greatest desire was to see my technical solutions come to life, influencing the landscapes of my city.
Despite my success and satisfaction, I realized that the physical creations were great, but their technological aspects were minimal and insufficient.
The turning point came when my passion for technology and broader impact led me to transition from civil engineering to the IT world.
My second chapter unfolded at a small outsourcing company, where I ventured into managing IT projects. The experience was enriching but also revealed limitations—I was executing visions, not creating them.
I was initially drawn to technology and embraced every task with curiosity.
And again, over time I discovered that merely managing projects did not satisfy my needs; I was executing visions, not creating them.
My moment of truth arrived when I decided to embrace a role that offered autonomy and aligned with my aspirations at Juriba. Here, I evolved from a Feature Product Owner to an Area Product Owner, driving product transformations and championing Agile methodologies.
In the most recent chapter at Juriba, I led development that significantly enhanced the user interface, system security and improved client satisfaction.
I enjoyed being both a servant leader for a fantastic team and an influencer for the product. We had a product vision, strategy, and an inspiring company culture.
Nevertheless, after some years there, I started thinking about new horizons (product management) where I could track more interaction and have a foundational impact on product direction and user engagement.
Now, as I seek my next chapter, I am looking for a role where I can fully employ a product-led strategy, resonate deeply with users, and create substantial market impacts.
As a powerlifting fan i can say I'm excited to lift the weights off your shoulders and contribute.
